Resting beneath the exposed granite of the resort’s peaks is Olympic Valley, a now-protected stretch of Sierra Nevada wetland and riparian environment. Its meandering waterway works its way to the Truckee River and helps define the natural spaces that makeup this sought-after address.

With the slopes and village amenities a mere bike ride away, residents of Olympic Valley have come to accept their address’ popularity, knowing when to ski and ride when the slopes aren’t crowded, and always how to get the first chair. In between Truckee and Tahoe City, homes in Olympic Valley run the gamut, but many are available in the seven-figure range.
